She is also an astute Company Secretary and a member of several professional networks including the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Nigerian Bar Association- Section on Business Law (NBA – SBL), and Nigerian Bar Association – Section on Legal Practice (NBA – SLP). She is in line to receive her certification as an Associate International Arbitrator (ACIA – Arb) from the “Chartered Institute of Arbitrators”, United Kingdom. She has several experiences in advising and handling both litigation and non-litigation legal issues on domestic and international corporate/commercial transactions, transnational law issues of corporate entities and their key stakeholder since her call to the Nigerian Bar Association, she has garnered key expertise and made valuable contribution working on various high-value transactions across diverse sectors, industries and players such as the oil and gas sector, construction industry, non- bank financial sector, investment banking, hospitality industry, government parastatals, amongst others.

In 2017, she was instrumental in recovering over 20 hectares of land for the Government of Rivers State and increasing the out of court settlement rate for the year. In 2018, she led a team that conducted legal due diligence for various corporate entities in the oil and gas sector and averted a total of over a hundred million naira in wrongful stakeholder “pay-outs” while increasing speed and ease of project delivery.
